Woking Office Market Focus 2024

The Woking office market dominated take-up in the region in 2024.

The most encouraging trend has been the number of businesses who continue to move to Woking from outside the borough. The last few years has seen the arrival of Colgate, IDBS and BOC from Guildford, Alliance from Weybridge, Roke from the south coast and Nomad from Heathrow. 2024 saw Kone Lifts relocating from Chertsey.

All these occupiers were drawn by the access the train station provides into Central London and the availability of Grade A space.

The eroding supply of Grade A accommodation will be the challenge going forward although Legal and General will be refurbishing 35,000 sq ft of highly sustainable space at Goldsworth Place which will be available at the end of the year.
