We are pleased to confirm the recent letting of Unit 12 Wells Point, Redhill (21,049 sq ft) to water engineering firm KGN Pillinger.
Hurst Warne and Stiles Harold Williams were jointly instructed to market the two new build industrial warehouse properties on behalf of GOYA Developments / Bilsdale Properties.
Unit 11 Wells Point was previously sold to transformer manufacturing firm OTDS.
KGN Pillinger are new to Redhill having previously been located in the south Croydon area. This concludes the successful disposal of both units constructed by GOYA/Billsdale at Wells Point, situated in the Merstham area of Redhill, Surrey.
