Samantha joined Hurst Warne as Associate Director in July 2023.
Since beginning her career as a Property Assistant at Carphone Warehouse in 1999, she has gained over 20 years of property management experience both within the UK and Europe across the commercial, retail and residential property sectors.
Samantha has a wealth of experience in managing a number of different assets, from listed buildings, new build residential developments and marinas to industrial units and business parks for large institutional investors, pension funds, resident management companies and private individuals.
She is now working closely with Mark Haldane to ensure the delivery of all property management services to Hurst Warne’s clients out of the Fleet office.
Outside of the office, Samantha is a competitive lawn bowler. She enjoys playing in league and county games and is Vice Captain of her club’s Ladies Team.
