Nic specialises in advising clients on office and industrial lettings and sales in towns such as Leatherhead, Dorking, Esher, Cobham, Walton, Weybridge and Chertsey. He also advises numerous corporate clients on their property holdings and acquires buildings for them throughout the South East.

Nick originally trained as an auctioneer before making a move into commercial property in 1985. Having completed his professional exams with the College of Estate Management he qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1992.
Through varied roles including retail and office agency Nick has gained a wide range of experience including a significant amount of time spent on landlord and tenant, and valuation work. Over the last 20 years he has specialized in asset management and property management focusing on lease negotiations and service charge issues and advising clients from institutions to property companies and pension funds on a wide variety of property types.
Nick also advises a number of businesses on their property portfolios throughout the country dealing with rent reviews, lease renewals, acquisitions and disposals.


Will qualified as a member of the RICS in 2006 and joined Hurst Warne as a Partner in September 2010. Prior to joining Hurst Warne will had held positions at DTZ (post takeover of Donaldsons) and Reigate based practice Maxwell Brown.
Will is a Director at the company and is head of Hurst Warne's Redhill office.

Having gained a BSc in Estate Management from South Bank Polytechnic, Adrian qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1987, was elected a Fellow of the RICS in 1995 and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators in 1999.
He has over 30 years of expertise and experience providing landlord and tenant consultancy services to a vast range of clients, ranging from small companies to international businesses and large investment funds.
Adrian also specialises in the acquisition of freehold and leasehold property on behalf of occupier clients throughout the country which include a number of national retailers and supermarket operators; and investment properties for a range of long standing retained clients.
In the capacity of an RICS Registered Valuer, a range of valuation services are provided to leading institutions, pension funds and to the legal profession on an Expert Witness basis.

Simon specialises in advising clients on office lettings and sales in towns across the South M25 region such as Woking, Guildford, Weybridge, Dorking, Leatherhead, Redhill and Reigate. He also advises a number of corporate clients both on the acquisition and disposal of their office space.

Steve’s main role at Hurst Warne is commercial agency where he acts for a variety of landlord’s mostly in Hampshire, West Surrey and Berkshire as well as Corporate consultancy work throughout the South East. Steve is also involved in property management, lease renewals, rent reviews, investment and development.

Jessica is based in Hurst Warne’s southern M25 offices in the commercial agency team but also advises clients on tenant advisory matters.






Mark’s property management career began in Colchester in 2003, where he worked for 2 years before moving into London to work for the likes of Knight Frank, Cluttons & property management specialists Workman. Throughout his career Mark has specialised in commercial property management and has advised a wide range of clients from institutions such as the BlackRock Industrial Trust and the BlackRock UK Property Fund to The Crown Estate and the Daily Mail & General Trust. Mark has also represented charities, family property companies and high net worth individuals, across a variety of mandates and property types.

He has over 20 experience in the Facilities Management industry, working in both the public and private sectors providing services to multi-let commercial properties, retail developments, industrial estates and business parks.
