On behalf of a private investment client Hurst Warne have sold the freehold investment of The Old School House, Ottershaw.
A day nursery let to Careroom Ltd on a new 15 year lease ( letting negotiated by Hurst Warne). After some competitive bidding… this investment was sold to a private family office.
The freehold of the adjoining builders yard, part of the clients same asset, was also sold recently to an owner occupier.
This concludes our long involvement with this site/investment of just under 1 acre.
