Acting on behalf of Fidelity, Hurst Warne have recently concluded the successful letting of 36,000 sq ft of office accommodation to TOTAL Oil & Gas.
TOTAL will be relocating from their previous premises in Redhill town centre to the Fidelity owned 28 acre site in Tadworth that provides approximately 130,000 sq ft of office accommodation on the campus. The Kingswood Fields site benefits from a variety of onsite facilities including a new Nuffield Health run gym, onsite restaurant as well as numerous other onsite offerings. The office accommodation is provided on a brand new, fully fitted (Cat A+) basis.
Fidelity own and occupy most of the office accommodation on the site and will continue to remain in occupation.
