Weald Court is a multi-tenant office building, totalling 20,723 sq ft of office space over basement, ground and first floors. The property is currently let to 3 tenants with no voids producing a total passing rent of £330,972 p.a.
Tenants in the building include Taylor Wimpey, Rexam and Invicta Building Services.
