Hurst Warne have recently advised on the successful sale of Roebuck House in Reigate. The office building (approximately 16,000 sq ft) was previously owned and occupied by the JUST Group and was sold with the benefit of permitted development rights to residential property development company Life Less Ordinary, who plan to convert the building to residential flats.
Hurst Warne had previously sold Vale House (approximately 25,000 sq ft), located on the same road as Roebuck House in Reigate to Life Less Ordinary.
