The buildings, located at 14-16 and 18 Reading Arch Road in the town centre, have been let to separate tenants, demonstrating a strong demand for light industrial space in the area.
The properties, which comprise a combined 5,000 sq ft of space, were recently purchased by Hurst Warne’s clients – Reigate & Banstead Council. Hurst Warne quickly secured tenants, having experienced high levels of interest in the properties.
