Hurst Warne are pleased to announce the sale of both Units 2 and 4 Ancells Court, Ancells Business Park, Fleet, to separate private investors.
The office buildings (1,625 sq ft and 2,360 sq ft) are both let to Operatix Limited to 2029.
The two sales demonstrate the ongoing appetite of investors to acquire office buildings within the Blackwater Valley. There remains several investors still seeking similar properties and we would be delighted to hear from anyone thinking of selling.
