Through our network of property contacts Hurst Warne identified an opportunity to acquire a freehold industrial investment in Frimley. The investment at Albany Park, Frimley, Surrey was being offered by Schroder UK Real Estate Fund.

Hurst Warne, on behalf of their client Surrey Heath Borough Council (SHBC), successfully negotiated the acquisition at an agreed sale price of £15.25m.

Successful Outcomes

Introduction of an investment purchase opportunity for SHBC which Hurst Warne secured in a competitive bidding situation.

• Undertaking a full investment appraisal and valuation.
• Hurst Warne now manage the estate on behalf of SHBC and deal with rent collection and other asset management issues and advise on rent reviews, lease renewals and new lettings.
