Part 1st floor, Building 3, London Square in Guildford – Let

SRE Limited are a leading sustainability consultant and are relocating from Regus serviced offices in Guildford. They are expected to move into their new space at the start of February and have acquired 3,603 sq ft at a headline rent of £36.00 per sq ft. They will join a host of other major occupiers at London Square including Charles Russell Speechly, Clyde and Co, WSP Management Services, Grenke Leasing and RSM.
