At the time of sale, there was consent on 50% of the site for a new industrial warehouse building although the rest of the site was unconsented.

Outcome

• Agreed terms on a subject to planning basis for the whole 2 acre site. • Consent now granted for two units of 17,620 sq ft and 20,883 sq ft. • Once completed, the two-unit scheme will provide some much needed supply of good sized modern industrial warehouse accommodation for the Redhill area. • The new units are available at a quoting rent of £13.75 psf, and once let should set new head line rents in the area.
