In the event a settlement cannot be reached we have highly experienced and qualified personnel in the referral of rent review and lease renewal disputes to either Arbitration or Independent Expert.

We are fully conversant with the statutory framework of the Arbitration Act 1996 and the precision requirements of acting in the role of Expert Witness in accordance with the civil procedural rules.

  Hurst Warne were instructed to represent Just in connection with rent reviews on two floors of 110 Bishopsgate, London EC2, previously known as Heron Tower now known as Salesforce Tower. The subject property comprises a modern 40 storey tower comprising one of the most recent, iconic developments within the City of London.
