Hurst Warne were instructed by Savills Investment Management on behalf of institutional investment clients to undertake a lease advisory role in respect of Epsom’s premier trade park. This included the successful conclusion of three lease renewals to Heating and Plumbing Supplies, Euro Car Parts and Scewfix and the rent review of a unit let to Storage King.
