Hurst Warne is pleased to report the most recent letting at the IO Centre in Salfords. SK Sales Ltd have taken Unit 8 IO Centre, a purpose-built c 13,000 sq ft industrial warehouse building.
As supply of good quality industrial stock in the area continues to diminish, the Salfords IO Centre has provided the southern Redhill/north Gatwick area with a succession of supply of modern units ranging from approximately 3,000 sq ft up to 13,000 sq ft. Rents have continued to climb on the estate since Hurst Warne’s involvement on the estate started over 10 years ago.
