Hurst Warne Secures 60,000 sq ft Letting for New Hurlands Pickleball & Padel Club in Farnham

Farnham, Surrey – March 2026

Acting on behalf of Ranier Developments Ltd Hurst Warne has successfully completed the letting of a former 60,000 sq ft warehouse on the Farnham Trading Estate, which has now been transformed into Hurlands Pickleball & Padel Club, a major new indoor hub for two of the fastest‑growing racket sports in the UK.

The building has been repurposed to accommodate a wide-ranging leisure offering including 13 indoor courts, a restaurant/bistro, social spaces, treatment rooms, studios, changing facilities, and a retail area.

The centre places particular focus on pickleball — a sport experiencing rapid expansion globally — with 9 dedicated pickleball courts, alongside 3 padel courts, a sport already gaining strong popularity across the UK.

Sally Grace, CEO and founder of Hurlands Pickleball & Padel Club, said:

“Hurst Warne played an important role in helping us secure the building that is now home to Hurlands Pickleball & Padel Club. They understood the vision for the project and worked constructively with both sides to move the transaction forward. Their practical approach and clear communication made the process much smoother as we took what was, at the time, a straightforward industrial unit and transformed it into a new, community‑focused sports facility.”

The opening of Hurlands Pickleball & Padel Club marks a significant addition to the local leisure landscape, providing a high‑quality, year‑round destination for both sports enthusiasts and newcomers.
