Each Lease is different and we have a unique approach to every instruction whereby we will:
- Produce an initial lease analysis report comparing the property to prevailing market conditions
- Provide strategic advice prior to conducting negotiations.
- Negotiating the instruction through to a successful completion
In the event a settlement cannot be reached we have highly experienced and qualified personnel in the referral of rent review and lease renewal disputes to Arbitration / Independent Expert and Court / PACT respectively.
We are fully conversant with the statutory framework of the Arbitration Act 1996 and the precision requirements of acting in the role of Expert Witness in accordance with the civil procedural rules.
