Acting on behalf of Tandridge Council, Hurst Warne have recently concluded a lease renewal on Linden House in Caterham. Linden House provides a multi-storey, purpose built office building c. 14,000 sq ft in Caterham, Surrey where Vistry Group Plc are the tenant. Terms were agreed for Vistry to sign a new lease on the building.
