Hurst Warne have announced the letting of nearly 10,000 sq ft of office space in Dorking Town Centre to UKi Media & Events. The deal represents the largest office letting in the town in recent years and is a testament to the continued demand for high-quality office space in the area.
The letting follows the Landlord Amalgamated Berkshire’s acquisition of the Parsonage Square office park 18 months ago.
The new lease will see UKi occupy the whole of Parsonage House and the ground floor of Reeve House, with AB undertaking a turnkey works project to UKi’s requirements and achieving an EPC ‘A’ rating.
The letting is a coup for AB and demonstrates their commitment to Parsonage Square in Dorking. Despite the challenging economic conditions, it also underlines the strong demand for office space in the town.
