Causeway House, Chiddingstone
Having initially sourced and acquired Causeway House situated on Chiddingstone Causeway (Tonbridge) on behalf of Ashill regen, AR went on to successfully secure planning permission for an 18 unit housing scheme on the site.
Originally constructed as a cricket ball factory, Causeway House has more recently been used for a variety of commercial uses, but had been vacant for a number of years prior to AR purchasing the property. Once residential planning permission has been secured, Hurst Warne were then instructed to market the site.
We are pleased to confirm that the site was recently sold to Beaufort Homes, who we understand will now look to build out the scheme, providing much needed high quality housing stock in the west Kent area.
