Members of the Hurst Warne team have been recognized by CoStar as Q4 2024 CoStar Awards winners.
Acting on behalf of Fidelity, Will Gelder and Nic Pocknall concluded the successful letting of 36,000 sq ft of office accommodation at Kingswood Fields in Tadworth, to TOTAL Oil & Gas.
This secured them the South East Office Market Top Leasing Deal award.

The Hurst Warne agency team successfully secured a pre-letting at 100 Stanhope Road, Yorktown Industrial Estate, Camberley. The property was let to Immediate Transportation Company Ltd and comprised a 43,280 sq ft high-quality detached warehouse/industrial building on a 2.5-acre site. A fantastic achievement!
