Despite the pandemic the Industrial/warehouse market in the Blackwater Valley has proved to be resilient throughout the year with continued rental growth due to the lack of supply and an increasing demand by owner occupiers.

Take-up has been above average at 254,000 sq ft which has reduced the vacancy rate to 5.50%.
