On behalf of our client Puzzler Media, Hurst Warne have recently concluded the successful acquisition of new office premises for our client at Fonteyn House in Reigate.
Hurst Warne were contacted by Puzzler Media who instructed us to find suitable modern office premises for them to move to in the Redhill/Reigate area. Having reviewed the market for suitable available options, terms were negotiated and agreed for Puzzler Media to take a new lease on the 3rd (top) floor at Fonteyn House.
Fonteyn House is a high quality office building situated on the London Road in Reigate close to the town’s train station, with good access onto junction 8 of the M25.
