The Engineering and Development business will move from Victoria Gate in Woking, which Hurst Warne recently sold to Surrey County Council on behalf of Woking Borough Council.
Having carried out a full market search identifying on and off market opportunities, a decision was made to move to Dukes Court, which offered competitively priced space with excellent levels of car parking in a prime town centre location. Hurst Warne were able to negotiate very competitive terms ensuring that the legal process was smooth, and the deal completed within the required timeframes.
