Toby has worked in surveying for 20 years becoming Chartered with Drivers Jonas in London in 2009. Since then he has worked for Deloitte and a niche Surrey-based firm which was then acquired by a global company where he was a Senior Director.
Toby has a strong track record advising corporate occupiers such as Gatwick Airport, Daikin Airconditioning, Wika Instruments, Cabot Financial and Willis Towers Watson and investor/Fund clients including Royal London, Aberdeen, CBRE IM, L&G, Threadneedle, Kennedy Wilson, M7 and Blackrock.
On behalf of both his landlord and tenant clients, Toby has been very successful in advising on lease renewals, rent reviews, lease regears and acquisitions with holistic approaches to asset enhancement for his investor clients and corporate real estate solutions for his tenant clients.
Toby focuses on the office and industrial logistics sectors. He specialises in South London, Surrey and Sussex markets however his work often takes him across the UK.
