Matt is a Chartered Surveyor with over 15 years’ experience in commercial real estate, specialising in lease consultancy, acquisitions, and valuation. He joined Hurst Warne in 2025 as a Director, operating across the Leatherhead and Guildford offices, where he advises landlords, tenants, investors and developers on rent reviews, lease renewals, and strategic property decisions.
Prior to joining Hurst Warne, Matt held senior roles at Ryan and Altus Group, within commercial agency and lease consultancy teams, delivering tailored advice across office, industrial and retail sectors. He also served as Director and Head of Commercial Agency at Sneller Commercial, managing disposals, acquisitions and professional work, and began his career with firms including Cattaneo Commercial and Jorden Salata.
Matt is known for his proactive, results driven approach and his ability to unlock value for clients through clear, commercially focused advice. A Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), Matt is passionate about building long-term relationships and supporting clients with their property strategies across the South East.
