Hurst Warne achieved three warehouse sales, all completing on the same day, with a combined total value of £15m. The sales were for separate clients.
One was a 38,000 sq ft brand new warehouse at Beacon Trade Park, Fleet and the other two were 5,500 sq ft and 15,000 sq ft warehouse units in Woking at Scotswood Park.
