Hurst Warne were instructed to provide advice to our client on the potential redevelopment of the 1 Trowers Way site in Redhill, as well as advising on the value of the existing property on the land. The site comprised a redundant warehouse building and land close to the entrance to the Holmethorpe Industrial Estate. After only a brief marketing campaign, a buyer was found and swift sale concluded. We understand the new owners intend to refurbish the existing building for their own occupation as a business.
This sale highlights the strong demand in the market for industrial accommodation in the area, especially freehold opportunities where industrial land and buildings can be purchased with vacant possession.
