The property was acquired by September Properties in 2015 and comprised a mixed three storey retail/office building of approximately 10,000 sq ft (930 sq m) within the centre of the town.
Subsequent to buying the property September Properties were successful in obtaining Permitted Development to convert the offices to residential, to provide 16 flats. Planning consent was then obtained for an additional storey to the roof to provide 8 flats.

He has over 20 years’ experience in the Facilities Management sector, most recently with Cluttons LLP in London and brings with him a wealth of knowledge and understanding of delivering services within multi-let properties, business parks, retail parks and industrial estates, with a particular emphasis on ensuring health & safety compliance and delivering best practice for both occupiers and owners.
