September Properties, advised by Hurst Warne, have sold Spectrum House Woking for residential conversion and development.
The property was acquired by September Properties in 2015 and comprised a mixed three storey retail/office building of approximately 10,000 sq ft (930 sq m) within the centre of the town.
Subsequent to buying the property September Properties were successful in obtaining Permitted Development to convert the offices to residential, to provide 16 flats. Planning consent was then obtained for an additional storey to the roof to provide 8 flats.
The freehold was acquired by clients of Property Link Nationwide.

Matt Fradgley has joined the commercial management team, based in Hurst Warne’s Fleet office, as the department’s new Facilities Manager. He has over 20 years’ experience in the Facilities Management sector, most recently with Cluttons LLP in London and brings with him a wealth of knowledge and understanding of delivering services within multi-let properties, business parks, retail parks and industrial estates, with a particular emphasis on ensuring health & safety compliance and delivering best practice for both occupiers and owners.

SREIT have completed a 10 year lease with Crowthorne Hi-Tec Services Limited over two floors at Beech House, the space totals 4,235 sq ft.

Kennedy Wilson Europe Real Estate PLC (LSE: KWE) has leased more space at the newly refurbished Theta House, Lyon Way in Frimley. Following the letting of the entire ground floor in October 2016 to Surrey Borders Partnership NHS Foundation trust, the existing tenant, Amer Sports UK Ltd, has committed to a new 10-year lease with a tenant break option at the 5th year commencing October 2017 on the 16,644 sq ft entire first floor. Amer Sports has also taken a further 4,007 sq ft on part of the second floor. The rent on both leases is £22.00 psf
Only 13,200 sq ft of refurbished offices on the remainder of the second floor is available to let at a quoting rent of £23.50 psf.
