Freehold offices sold in Woking for residential development.

September Properties, advised by Hurst Warne, have sold Spectrum House Woking for residential conversion and development.

The property was acquired by September Properties in 2015 and comprised a mixed three storey retail/office building of approximately 10,000 sq ft (930 sq m) within the centre of the town.

Subsequent to buying the property September Properties were successful in obtaining Permitted Development to convert the offices to residential, to provide 16 flats. Planning consent was then obtained for an additional storey to the roof to provide 8 flats.

The freehold was acquired by clients of Property Link Nationwide.
