Within only a short period of time Hurst Warne sold Premier Tax Free's original office building in Merstham and negotiated terms for PTF to take a bigger amount of leasehold accommodation in Redhill town centre.

The Brief

Hurst Warne were asked by Premier Tax Free to sell their existing office premises of approximately 4,000 sq ft in the Merstham area of Surrey and acquire them 12,000 sq ft of more modern leasehold office premises in the Southern M25 area.

The Outcome

Within a short period of time, Hurst Warne established a buyer to purchase the client’s office building at a price that they were happy with as well as finding suitable new office premises in the centre of Redhill for them to move to.  Leasehold terms were agreed on behalf of the client which included a substantial rent free period to assist them with the office move.
